I applied online, and the process took two weeks.

I only got to the second round, but more rounds would definitely follow, such as a round with the hiring manager (engineering director) and at least one more with the team of engineers.

The flow I experienced:

• Screen call
• First interview related to management experience and skills
• Second interview related to CS tech experience and skills
• ...

The process was a management round and a technical round.

• Management round: The interviewer asked how you performed 1:1s, how you fostered talent, and how you handled poor performance of ICs.
• Tech round: It started with Big O notation questions, followed by a simple class that was supposed to save and iterate through a stack data type object, and keep track of max values, etc.
