This experience was very unprofessional, except for the initial technical interview.
After the technical interview, the next level interview with the hiring manager was scheduled for a week later. Without any explanation, the manager did not show up. Instead, I had a discussion with the technical person again.
Another interview with the same manager was scheduled for the following week. However, the interviewing manager was changed at the last minute. When I contacted HR, they informed me that the hiring manager had been changed.
This new manager then proceeded to ask all sorts of operational questions, based on current issues they faced in their environments. After receiving the answers, he rejected me the next day, as he now had the solutions to his problems.
This is a very unprofessional company. In my humble opinion, please stay away from interviewing with this company. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
