I applied online and then received an email to complete a coding challenge via HackerRank. The challenge included multiple-choice questions and programming tasks. It consisted of 6 multiple-choice questions and 2 coding problems, to be completed within 60 minutes. The assessment was easy, and I finished it in 45 minutes. Surprisingly, a week later, I received a rejection email. I wish they had explained the reason for the rejection. However, I learned through Glassdoor that many applicants were rejected during their interview process. Perhaps they had a large number of qualified applicants and didn't hesitate to reject many in bulk.
