The code challenge and telephonic interview process was handled very unprofessionally.
I was initially interviewing for a specific opening, but they informed me they had found someone for that role midway through my application process.
They then considered me for a different position and generally discussed my resume projects.
I received a rejection email suggesting I improve my programming skills, despite not having been tested on them.
