Process
The normal process.
Talking with a recruiter who saw my profile on LinkedIn.
Phone interview to implement a small library.
On-site interview with two engineers.
And I passed on...
They seemed to be looking for someone working on C++. I currently use Java most and haven't written C++ for years.
