I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months.
I applied for a Java/Kotlin backend role. I solved the technical coding problem without issues, with no complaints on the actual task. The interviewer conducting the technical round showed almost no engagement throughout. I made a point of talking through my approach out loud and checking edge cases as I went, which is standard practice for this kind of round, and I got back minimal to no response, like he genuinely didn't care whether I got it right or wrong. There were no follow-up questions, no acknowledgment, and nothing to indicate he was actually listening or tracking the conversation. It made an already stressful format harder to read, since I had no sense of whether I was on the right track or just talking to a wall.
After that, the process dragged for 3 weeks with zero updates, ending in a decline with no feedback given, despite having completed the technical portion successfully. If you're interviewing here, be ready for a cold, careless technical round, and don't expect communication on the timeline or outcome either.
