Process

I met Pure Storage at a career fair. They were handing out clipboards with a short programming challenge that dealt with concurrency and a race condition. It seemed fun, so I gave it a shot!

I heard back that same day about scheduling an on-campus interview in a few days. This was a 1-hour interview consisting of another problem on concurrency.

Two days later, I was invited to final round interviews at their Mountain View office. There was breakfast, two technical interviews, lunch, and a tour of the office. I received an offer from them the next week!

The entire process was very enjoyable. Besides "any questions?" at the end, all of the interviews were purely technical, and it was great getting to focus on my skills. The early interviews weren't too difficult, while the on-site problems were more challenging and novel, and fun to solve.

Everyone I spoke to at Pure was incredibly nice and excited about the company. They are also very responsive and rapid in their hiring!

Overall, a great experience!
