As others have mentioned, there is an OA first. This is followed by two hours of technical interviews. If successful, the next stage includes another two hours of technical interviews and one hour with a manager.
I must admit I liked the questions and cannot really say a bad word about them. However, I do not like that the interview process depends on so many people. The last two interviews, I feel, went the best.
In one, I proposed the best solution and finished before time. The feedback I received was that the last two interviews were pretty bad and the solutions were not optimal. The feedback itself was not ideal either; when I tried to discuss it, I didn't really agree with the verdict, and I was told that this was the feedback received from the team. So, yeah...
I have learned a lesson for the future: not to participate in such long recruitment processes because it's rather a waste of time. The process took over a month.
OA and then 4x 1-1 with technical interviews + 1-1 manager interview
