The process took about a month. It included a recruiter call, an online assessment (OA), four rounds of technical interviews, and an interview with the manager.

The OA questions covered basic computer science concepts. The four technical interview rounds focused on design/implementation, concurrency, data structures, and algorithms.

During the technical interviews, you don't have to know everything. The key is to talk through your thought process. Your code doesn't have to compile; pseudocode is also acceptable.
