Applied through Glassdoor. A recruiter reached out to me and provided a HackerRank assessment. After clearing that, I was scheduled for a 2-hour onsite interview. The interview was of average to difficult difficulty.
It went well. The interviewers seemed satisfied and happy. I received a rejection response after 3 days, stating that although the interviewers enjoyed the conversation, they didn't feel it was a strong match.
The only way things could have been better during the interview was if I had known the questions beforehand, prepared them, and answered from memory, anticipating what the interviewers had in mind. After reading about other interviews, I now understand this pain.
A peculiar aspect was that the interviewers did not take any notes during the interview. It was not a good experience.
Basic questions, but with some tricks.
