They send out a HackerRank assessment, and I was dinged at this point. It's definitely beyond a standard interview, as they ask questions about concurrency as well.
The standard algorithm questions aren't bad; they're probably easy-level on LeetCode.

Pros: I've worked at half a dozen big and small companies in the valley. Pure is by far the most functional engineering organization I've encountered. This is what you get when you mix very smart people who are committed to building products that do incredible things with execs who know how to disrupt big markets.
Cons: Lots of fast-paced work sometimes puts pressure on work/life balance, but the company is aware of this and trying to keep expectations reasonable.
