- New managers bring in bad habits and don't follow the company values and standards.
- Super fast growth; the company doesn't manage to scale properly.
- Missing processes, chaotic environment.
- Poor code quality, lots of technical debt.
- Hire managers and/or professionals experienced with the transition from startup to corporation.
- Train new managers properly.
- Hire more truly diverse people (not only from the gender perspective).
- Start dealing seriously with the tech debt.
