Great company culture:
- Open office layout. You can talk to anyone at any time.
- Very transparent. Biweekly all-hands meetings for recent consumer deals, etc., and financials.
- None of the big company politics or bureaucracy.
Great perks:
- Come into the office late. Any time before 10:30 is okay.
- Free continental breakfast. Free lunch on MWF. Free dinners whenever you stay past 6:30.
- Unlimited drinks (including alcohol) and snacks.
- Lots of free swag.
Great learning experience:
- Meet lots of other talented interns.
- Work on a real project that will be shipped to consumers.
- Take part in every development phase—research, design, implementation, testing.
They give you a lot of freedom—perhaps a bit too much. I wished the requirements of my project were made more concrete and detailed.
