Pros: If you want to run away from life, then Qualcomm is for you.
Cons: Toxic work environment.
Favoritism at its peak, the Noida office has complete dominance of one particular western state.
Work-life balance sounds like a joke at Qualcomm. In fact, in this company, an employee has to maintain work-death balance by making sure that he or she doesn't die while working 17-18 hours every day, including weekends and public holidays.
