I had my first phone screen the same month. My second phone interview was in November, and then I received an invitation for an on-site interview, which I had on November 15th in San Diego.

Pros: Qualcomm has lots of benefits, like vision, health, and dental. It also offers discounts.
Qualcomm has 24-hour gyms on campus. You also get discounts on gym memberships and phone plans.
Cons: Work-life balance is not that great, as you sometimes need to stay late to finish work or attend meetings at night or early morning to sync up with engineers from other places.
