A great place for an engineering internship

Pros: The people are great. I loved striking up conversations with just about anybody. You're surrounded by incredibly intelligent individuals, and you can learn a lot from normal conversation. I had a relatively challenging project, and I was able to see the final product before I left.
Also, San Diego is amazing. I can't think of a better place to live.
Cons: Sometimes people in other departments didn't do their job, and it held up my project. There is some bureaucracy, though significantly less than other companies I have interned with.
Honestly, the worst part about the whole thing is having to leave.
