Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

The interview process lasted for three hours. During this time, they inquired about all the projects I had worked on, based on my profile. They were trying to extract information relevant to their work. I have mostly worked on the application side of development for L2/L3 routers, WiFi routers, and WLC.

During the interview, I shared my experience. However, after three hours, they informed me that my experience was primarily in application development, whereas they required low-level coding knowledge. Notably, during the "tell me about yourself" section, I had clearly explained that I was not a low-level firmware developer.
