Applied online through Workday and had two phone screens, each on a different day.

Each call was about 45 minutes. The questions were mainly to get to know me as a candidate and see what team I would be a good match for, but there were a few technical questions.

Pros: They cover flight tickets and relocation, with a discounted cafeteria in the San Diego office.

Cons: Management is hard, and your team determines your culture experience. With the China/Taiwan chip conflict issue, I guess their finances got hit hard because they gave so few return offers this year. This is kinda sad for interns who have been with them for 2-3 years and expected rollover.
