Pros: They cover flight tickets and relocation, with a discounted cafeteria in the San Diego office.
Cons: Management is hard, and your team determines your culture experience.
With the China/Taiwan chip conflict issue, I guess their finances got hit hard because they gave so few return offers this year. This is kinda sad for interns who have been with them for 2-3 years and expected rollover.

Pros: I really felt cared about as an employee. The wages were good, and there were lots of intern events.
Cons: Communication was sometimes very slow.
