Phone Interview:
Pretty standard questions about the static keyword and Linked Lists followed. Finally, the interviewer showed me a few pieces of code on Google Docs and asked me to find any problems, such as memory leaks or segfaults.
Later, I found out that the questions were picked up word-for-word from a website. I answered almost all the questions but failed to notice problems well in the last two pieces of code. It's ridiculous that this was the basis for rejection.
Also, the interviewer kept boasting about how he had worked in almost all the areas I could possibly name. I am not saying mine was a stellar performance, but overall, it was a negative attitude from the interviewer and a negative interview.
