Pros: You would learn about a plethora of products. The good thing is all the documents are available to every employee to learn, irrespective of their current role. Have some good leads in the organization.
Cons: Terrible people management skills. (Most of the time)

Cons: Nothing. If you are a woman with a lot of family responsibilities, work-life balance would be hard, like all other software jobs.
