Great understanding of embedded systems.
Use of various tools across multiple modules.
Learn Android or other mobile OS internals very well, or about wireless stuff.
Learn a lot about how vast testing can be.
Cons: Sometimes folks in teams will be redundant.
Folks usually prefer tracking than working.
Too many deadlines can cause too many long hour days.
