I was interviewed for a New Grad Software Engineer position. It consisted of an initial phone interview (Technical + HR).
I then flew to San Diego for an on-site interview about three weeks later. The on-site interview consisted of about eight interviews, with each interview focusing on various aspects of Embedded Software Engineering (like general problem-solving, Embedded Systems/RTOS knowledge, and C programming).
Interviews were with managers as well as software engineers.
Overall, it was a good experience.
