I had an interview which went on for a while. It was not that difficult. The people who interviewed me were really nice.
The interview was for an internship. After I was done with the internship, I got an offer for a full-time position. Even that required some rounds of interviews, which I managed to crack.

Pros: - Timing is awesome. No one will ask at what time you came. You can work any time. The only thing is you should do your work.
- Lot of benefits, like medical insurance for family, life insurance, etc.
- Work from home is easy.
Cons: Depending on the situation, layoffs may occur, as they do in every MNC.
