The interview process was awesome and really went smoothly.
I received a call from the recruiter on Wednesday and had two phone interviews on Friday. I got an offer within two hours.
It was very quick, and I enjoyed the interviews.

You are working on actual projects, not doing meaningless tasks.

Pros: Qualcomm has a great internship program. They flew us all out and paid for our living expenses, and also flew us out to San Diego for a weekend.
There is also a lot of interaction with your manager/mentor (may depend on your team), and most interns are given projects with an impact.
Cons: There is a good amount of bureaucracy, which is to be expected from such a large company.
