Process
The first round was an online test with aptitude, coding, and electronics sections. The aptitude section was easy. The coding and electronics sections were moderate to difficult.
Following this were two technical interviews and one HR interview. The technical interviews were tough, with questions on digital electronics being asked.

Pros: Qcom Bangalore.
You will get challenging work (much more than 9 hrs, though) and flexible work hours. There are a lot of learning resources.
This is a highly process-oriented company.
IT support and automation in this company are at their best.
Cons: Worst work-life balance.
Sometimes, you need to repeat the same thing for multiple projects within unrealistic time frames.
Not a place to stay for long years. Someday, you will be exhausted in such a high-stressful work environment.
Sometimes, artificial work pressure will be created by the team leads.

Pros: Good salary, with time as employees grow, a lot of stock options are also provided.
Some departments are really good for core research. You can actually file patents.
Great company to be in semiconductor electronics.
Rotation policy allows working across multiple teams.
Cons: Too large a company. Some departments can get really monotonous.
Strict deadlines (may be due to severe competition in the semiconductor industry), always some work in pipelines.
