A very lengthy process.

Applied in March.

1st telephonic interview on 29 May.
Direct interview on 31 July.

Extremely good communication and updates by the staffing manager.

A visit to the company gave the feel, "WOW!". Got to work here!!

Highly interactive discussions. The hiring manager was very kind throughout the process. He got me more interested in the position than the job description.

Overall, a great experience!

Questions

There were NIL technical questions during the technical interview. That was a big surprise! The tech panel also wanted to know how my HR skills would fit into their technical team.

Pros: Only training is good, but there's no real application or experience of learned things.

Cons: Lagging technologies used. It sucks, third-class work. No good management, very biased decision-making, no proper system.
