I applied for an intern position in Boulder through their website, and the recruiter contacted me back within a week via email.
I had one phone interview a few days later with an employee/engineer from the Boulder office.
They asked simple questions regarding data structures, algorithms, and some bit manipulation.
He asked me what kind of data structure I would use to manage a contact list on a phone, given I'll need to be able to add/delete each contact and pull up information by the person's name or the phone number.

Pros: Great work-life balance if you're on the high-level software teams.
Excellent pay and benefits. They prefer hiring interns back for full-time instead of recruiting outside of the company. So if you're an intern, you are almost guaranteed a return full-time offer from them. Their returning full-time offers are usually way above the market average, too.
Great culture. Everyone here is smart and knows what they are doing. They are friendly and usually willing to help.
Cons: Not so much professional growth if you're not an EE.
The HR department is not helpful, and people there are arrogant. They are not very willing to negotiate and might even consider you ungrateful when you try to discuss your offer with them.

Pros: People in the office are friendly and would help you feel comfortable working with them. The work is about getting things done efficiently, so the company is willing to provide all necessary equipment to assist the process. Furthermore, the HR unit is very helpful in taking care of the interns and responds quickly if there are any inquiries. The intern weekend is awesome every year, so you will definitely enjoy those weekends.
Cons: Pretty much everyone is busy with their work, and some stayed overtime to finish their project. I wish that I could help out to lighten the work of my team.

Pros: Overall, the program was great. It encouraged connections with other interns and an overall interest in self-improvement.
Cons: I ended up poorly placed on a team that did not fit my skills, and due to a failure in communication, it didn't get fixed.
