I was initially contacted by HR to set up my profile on their website after submitting my resume through the university Internship Program. Then, they emailed to schedule a phone interview.
They initially set the interview with two people, but on the day of the interview, I learned it was to be with only one.
The interviewer was very friendly and accommodating, rephrasing questions when I didn't understand what he was asking.
He asked why I wanted to work there, what I knew about the position, and what I had done to prepare for the interview. He also inquired about my organizing and prioritizing skills.
He asked me to explain what a .PST file was and my experience with Outlook, as well as with troubleshooting network and PC issues.
He was very conversational and easy-going, and went out of his way to put me at ease.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I am looking forward to working with him.
