The interview was scheduled for 3 hours but only took an hour. Only one technical interview was conducted that day, with the excuse that the other panel member was on leave. After a few days, another round of technical interviews was conducted.

The HR never called back. I understand that if not selected, HR may tend to ignore the candidate. However, even after multiple calls to find out about the results, the HR dodged my inquiries, saying they would get back to me, and finally stopped answering my calls.

This behavior is not expected from a reputed company. Have the courtesy to provide feedback, either positive or negative.
