I applied through a recruiter and was offered a first-round interview two weeks after applying. The interview was held a week later and consisted of a walkthrough of my CV and experience, with some technical questions included. I was informed that they were looking for a range of experience and skills as they intended to fill multiple roles, and that my CV would be passed to the main hiring team for the next round.

A week after my interview, I followed up with the recruiter. I was then told that they had other candidates at a later stage and planned to proceed with them.

Communication from Qualcomm was very slow and required a lot of following up on my part. The mention of a second round, followed by no further communication, was disappointing.
