Process
First, an online test was conducted by HirePro. It contained three sections:
- Aptitude
- Coding
- Digital or Communications
I cleared the test and was called for a face-to-face interview in Hyderabad. To and fro flight and cab tickets were provided by them. They were looking for a pure wireless communications specialist, and I have an electrical background with little VLSI knowledge. The interviewer asked me to explain my M.Tech project and interrupted me whenever he had some doubts. After a 45-minute interview, he told me that I could not be a good fit for this role, as it requires high wireless communication knowledge.
