Process

After my technical phone interview, which took almost a month, I received an invitation for the on-site interview in San Diego, CA. This was followed by interview dates, my choice, confirmation, and procedures for purchasing airline tickets and hotel reservations.

I received the interviewers' names two days before the scheduled date. Seven professionals interviewed me, starting with HR, followed by individuals from different departments (technologies) specializing in modem testing. HR provided the interview schedule and locations of the interviewers.

The interview lasted for 7 hours, with each session being 45 minutes. The remaining time was allocated for transport (shuttle service available) between buildings within the Qualcomm campus area and lunch. Qualcomm covered all travel expenses.

Overall, it was a good experience having multiple interviews, and you can also learn a lot. "Practice makes man perfect." All the questions were based on my resume and experience. Make sure you are perfect on the concepts mentioned in your resume.
