Process
I believe that interview questions and the people who interview within a team reflect the team's capabilities and their work. If I am asked how a Coca-Cola machine works in a multimedia test position, it speaks for itself.
Questions
Nothing. Most boring questions. Had to attend since I had no other job on hand.

Pros: Everybody was awesome and treated me great. Also, the recruiters really care about you and will do their absolute best to hook you up with a job after your internship ends, even if the process takes months.
Cons: Because I worked in the Qualcomm Government Technologies Division, there was a lot of top-secret work going on behind locked doors. This didn't matter for most of the summer because all of the interns were in the same area, so I could talk to them. Unfortunately, because my internship ended about two weeks after everybody else's, I spent the last few weeks alone in a giant, empty room. It got lonely.
