Process

I received a call from the hiring manager to schedule a technical interview. It was rather odd that no HR representative was involved in the process.

The interview began with a self-introduction.

Subsequently, one of the interviewers posed technical questions regarding digital and analog circuit design.

Finally, the manager asked a few behavioral questions and inquired about my past experience.

Questions

Use a D-flip flop to design a clock divider.

What is pass transistor logic?

Benefits of CMOS inverters compared to NMOS inverters:

  • Reduced static power consumption.
  • Improved noise margins.
  • Rail-to-rail output swing.
