I went through a one-hour telephonic round where the interviewer grilled me on the basics of C, C++, and Data Structures.

Questions included:

• What is your experience in C and C++?
• How would you rate yourself in C, C++, and Java?
• Basics of OOPs were asked.
• What about your current project?
• Why do you want to join Qualcomm?
• Two programs were given, and their output was requested.
• Why is a hash table used over other data structures?
• What is the difference between mobile app development and web application development?
• What is your experience in Android?
• What is an abstract class and the difference between an abstract class and an interface? How do you create an abstract class in C++?
• What is dynamic binding and how do you implement it?
• What is fseek?
• Do you know Python? Please share your experience.
• Do you know Perl?
• Are you open to learning?

All the questions were moderate, not very difficult.
