Process

The initial interview process was very planned and organized. There were a total of 6 interviews:

  • One telephonic screening interview
  • Five onsite, face-to-face interviews

I was interviewing for an entry-level position. They directly went into technical topics. The interviews were scenario-based, like, "I am facing this issue; what is the problem and how can it be resolved?" Qualcomm is well known for its tough interviews.

Questions

Asked me to design a multimode/multiband transceiver.

Questions arose regarding Smith charts, IIP3, and cascaded NF. Issues with superheterodyne and direct conversion mixers were also discussed.

Was this helpful?
