I was interviewed for a Senior S/W Engineer post in Vienna (although I have no industry experience). It was a phone interview. They basically asked about everything in the resume - from my research experience to programming skills. I answered everything, and the interviewer was happy. A week later, I got a call from the HR that they want to do an onsite interview. Four days after the call, I got an email saying they won't do the onsite interview! (Bizarre)
