Process
The interview process involved one phone interview followed by an onsite interview.
Onsite, I first gave a presentation on my thesis. Several difficult questions were asked during my presentation.
Next, there were seven one-on-one interviews.
I really enjoyed the interview process. I believe they are looking for:
- Skill set: how it matches to their projects.
- Motivation and passion towards the projects.
- Team player: how well you mingle with the team members.
Questions
How well do your ideas (thesis) fit into Qualcomm research projects? I think this is a very difficult question to answer.
