Received a call from a consultancy regarding an interview process with four rounds. There was no telephonic round.

1. Coding on paper (3-4 programs).
2. Project + Scenario question: "How would you write an API for a customer? What requirements would you take?" This discussion went in the direction of the technical keywords I used in the interview.
3. Managerial round: This was more of an attitude test with no technical questions.
4. HR round. It will take three weeks to release the offer.

Very basic Data Structures & Algorithms questions.
