Pros: Extremely knowledgeable and helpful team.
Work-life balance is decent – there is always more work to be done.
Management is helpful and polite.
Path for getting promotions is pretty clear and the process seems well executed.
Cons: Job security in the current market is not high.
Jobs can be very stressful at times due to the large volume of incoming software requests (this is not unique to QC, though).
Pay could be higher considering the expectations and responsibilities of each engineer.
