Pros: You will get a chance to work with cutting-edge wireless tech; you will almost always be involved in all new innovations in wireless technology. It's a place where each and every employee feels ownership of their work. Very flexible working environment.
Cons: Sometime, too hectic work and late-night meetings stretched the working day longer than usual.
