Pros: Free food, no fun at work. People are very busy to help others out. Total waste of one's energy.
Cons: Managers are totally useless. They don't appreciate the hard work of employees in the reviews. Computer science engineers, be careful when picking Qualcomm as an opportunity. The review system is utterly useless. It is not designed to reward hard-working people and totally depends on the manager you are under.
