Interview began with discussion related to my projects and work experience. Later moved on to core communication topics, as I am from ECE. Questions were answerable if you have prepared thoroughly. As I have lost touch with the concept, couldn't do well.

Performance reviews are half-yearly, so you are eligible for a hike, stock bonus, and cash bonus.
Office shuttle system for pick and drop.
Cons: There is often a tight schedule, and it can be stressful many a time.
The San Diego team has more control or is dominating.
I guess the above cons apply to any other company as well.
