I assumed this would include discussing my qualifications over the phone as well as answering questions related to the job posting.

Instead, the gentleman had me write code in a codeshare link. It was not an interview; it was LeetCode with someone watching. He was only on the phone to tell me where he sent the link.

I personally feel that I was misinformed on the nature of the interview and what to expect.
