- A one-hour Zoom interview with coding questions.
- A 30-minute HR interview.
- A seven-hour in-person interview with five different engineers.
The whole process took about three weeks from start to finish.
Some employees were friendly, while others were not personable at all. This was back in 2019.

Work culture is also very healthy, with 360-degree reviews and a dedicated line manager to further career opportunities.
Cons: Promotions are generally slow, and it takes longer to climb the corporate ladder. Base compensation is a bit lower than the industry average.
