Location: You get to live in La Jolla and have a short commute time. La Jolla is one of the best places to live in the US.
Flexibility: Work from home, set your own working hours.
Cons: Salary and benefits, compared to companies in the Bay Area, are very low. Even if you account for lower rent, the salary is too low.
