Process
The interview process began with a phone interview with a recruiter.
This was followed by an in-person lunch interview with the hiring manager and a team member.
The interviews were primarily behavioral, though the hiring manager and team member also probed relevant domain knowledge.
The next round was a technical on-site interview, but I declined to continue.
