I've had multiple interviews with Qualcomm, and I'm always amazed by how delusional the interviewers are. They feel like they work at Google or something. However, I don't think even at Google you would get interviewers who would ask you straight 5-6 silly LeetCode questions plus some oddball questions, and then ignore you for weeks. They later send a note saying, "Sorry, not sorry."
I've had many interviews with different companies, and so far, this is the only company I don't want to invest my time in interviewing with because of the interviewers.
Not all are bad; there are decent folks, but unfortunately, they are not the majority.
