I had applied through a staffing agency, and my resume was shortlisted.
After a few days, I received an email stating that my phone interview would be scheduled.
My phone interview was scheduled and lasted about 40 minutes. My interviewer did not mention the specific position, but I believe the interview was with the team lead.

I was asked, "What is your role in your current company?" This was followed by the following questions:

- How would you design a simple program that implements the OOP concepts?
